What an amazing find. I was looking for something that would help me create custom funnels depending on how my website audience answered the previous question and I could guide them down a path and be able to collect/analyze their results. FlowCharts.ai is brilliant! I was able to implement surveys, forms, questionnaires and do lead generation, sales and support all through my website and also be able to send them through text messages and email link too! If you’re trying to do a chat bot that does all of your survey, form, questionnaire, workflows for support or sales, then FlowCharts.ai is where it’s at! Hope this was helpful to all.

What a great find! I was looking for something like this for the longest time. What I really enjoy about it is that I have my my «sales» and «tech support» on my website automated through their chatbot website widget I’ve placed on my website. This way, when a visitor, lead or customer is on my website and needs help with something, they click on the chat widget and it enables the individual to go down the workflows I’ve created on the backend at FlowCharts.ai to get to what they need. It also gives us insight into what the lead is wanting. So if the web visitor answers a question in one way, it will direct them down the path I created on FlowCharts.ai. It’s been a game-changer for us! I can also send the funneling system I’ve created for surveys and forms and send them out through text messages, emails and QR Codes (we’ve been putting our QR code surveys on flyers). There’s so much to like about this that I’m just scratching the surface. One of the best investments we’ve made for our business.
