I run a site that sells online training. From inside my Drip dashboard, I’m able to create a wide array of cross-sell and up-sell automations based on behavior: Customer bought product A but not Product B = automation x Customer bought product A and Product B = automation y Customer created an account but didn’t make a purchase = automation z Abandoned cart, abandoned browse, etc… It’s not yet perfect — there are still a few wrinkles in the matrix. But the support from Drip is unreal. The live chat feature is often like hanging out with a friend and they jump on issues in a matter of minutes.
