With CAIDEL Search, you can optimize the search experience on your site by allowing your users to use sentences to describe their problems, just like they can on platforms like Google. By giving users the option to describe their needs more naturally in the search bar, CAIDEL helps you improve product discovery, increasing conversion rate. With the CAIDEL Assistant, you can embed an on-site shopping assistant in your storefront for automated guided selling. You can provide your users with additional guidance if they need it, using a form and generated response based on your product catalog or website. With this, users can more easily find the products they’re looking for. Use this plugin to connect your CAIDEL account with WordPress Admin, and configure how CAIDEL AI works for your storefront. Go to `Settings > CAIDEL`. 4. Enter your CAIDEL Project ID and Provider ID. 5. Configure AI search and integration settings. 6. Add the `CAIDEL AI` block to any page where you want to display the assistant. ## FAQ ### Does this plugin require WooCommerce? No. The plugin works on WordPress sites without WooCommerce. WooCommerce is only required for product export features. ### Where do I find my Project ID and Provider ID? You can find your Project ID and Provider ID in your CAIDEL account dashboard. ### What do the search modes mean? _AI Only_ replaces your default search with CAIDEL. _Hybrid_ shows both CAIDEL AI responses and your default search results. _Rescue_ is a fallback mode for supported search and assistant flows, showing CAIDEL AI only when your default search wasn’t able to find any results. ### Where can I get support?
